1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ZAKUP POŚCIELI MEDYCZNEJ.
2. Dostawa zamówienia realizowana będzie na koszt Wykonawcy jego własnym transportem.
3. Sposób realizacji zamówienia szczegółowo opisano w Załączniku na 4 do Zaproszenia – projektowane postanowienia umowy.
4. Zamówienie obejmuje 2 Pakiety – części. Zamawiający informuje, że nie będzie dokonywał wydzielania poszczególnych pozycji z pakietów, a także dokonywał łączenia pakietów.
5. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na poszczególne pakiety. Dany Pakiet musi być zrealizowany w całości. Nie wypełnienie którejkolwiek pozycji w ramach pakietu będzie skutkowało odrzuceniem oferty na określony pakiet.
